§ 11.7. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS ON CHALLENGES TO CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS

Pursuant to NCGS 1-54.1, an action contesting the validity of any amendment to a county zoning ordinance shall be taken within two (2) months of the adoption of the amendment. (Amendment # 12 effective January 23, 2006)
